These wings are literally dripping in flavor! This is perhaps one of the most flavorful buffalo sauces I have ever tasted. A very spicy and rich buffalo sauce has savory and smoky notes combined with sweet notes reminiscent of honey and/or brown sugar, all accented by tons of pepper. There is the perfect amount of salt in these wings as well, which really allows the flavors to all meld together. The skin is nicely crisped, and my only complaint is that the grill marks tasted very bitter, likely from the sugars in the sauce. I’d wager these would taste better without that final grilling, but these are truly incredible wings!!
