“lychee, rose & raspberry” Not sure why, but this felt like a Parisian + Arabian Nights experience, whatever that actually is (if it even exists), but that’s how I’m describing it. My only beef is the texture, which I suspect is due to the formation of tiny icicles in the ice cream.
