A mixed bag of a chicken sandwich. The chicken is a bit dry and mostly unseasoned. The flavor here is all in the melted gouda, salty bacon, and the savory maple bacon aioli. The bun is really fluffy and lightly toasted. A solid sandwich overall, but not one to rush to try.
