Made pizza for the first time. EVER! From scratch! I have to admit to being intimidated by the whole affair, especially with the stretching of the dough part and transferring the pizza onto the hot stone without a peel. It didn't get onto the peel entirely intact but it smelled amazing while it cooked in the oven and satisfied just as much in the taste department. Loved the stretchy, stringy, semi-melted gooey cheese but could've made the rim less poofy. Practice!!!
