Excellent sashimi don of Salmon, Nama Hotate, Yuzu Ikura with uni and nori supplement. The sashimi was fresh and clean-tasting and the rice perfectly seasoned, despite my initial reservations about the use of red vinegar. Even the salad was delicious. Would definitely return!
