“Fermented pork belly grilled to perfection, served with fresh herbs and slice of fresh seasonal fruit.” Who knew pork belly would go so well with water apples. And the sauce that came with this was good as well. They really do put a lot of thought into their sauces. Lots of complexity going on here.
