Lovely Steak and Ale pie with hand cut chips and veg

Very tasty!

Ok not really a pie but more of a steak and ale casserole with puff pastry placed on the top but is was very nice!

Beef, Wye Valley Ale & Mushroom Pie, slowly braised beef with mushrooms, baked with a shortcrust pastry, peas, chantenay carrots & a choice of either Champ mash or chips.
