REALLY GOOD
2nd KURO CHASHUMEN
Ramen Kuroda - Festival Mall, Muntinlupa
Bang-for-the-buck ramen at less than US$5 equivalent. Will rival those that cost 2x to even 3x more.
3rd KURO RAMEN
Ramen Kuroda - Festival Mall, Muntinlupa
Bang for the buck ramen that (for me) will rival Ichiran in Tokyo. Serving size is just right and delicious!
3rd KURO RAMEN
Ramen Kuroda - Festival Mall, Muntinlupa
Bang-for-the-buck ramen. Broth is delicious but lacks depth. Still a good buy at US$4 equivalent!
4th SHOYU RAMEN
Akitaya Japanese Restaurant, Makati City
Deep umami broth that's both salty and sweet. Simple yet delicious.
PRETTY GOOD
5th BUTAO RAMEN
Ramen Nagi - ATC, Muntinlupa
This must be my favorite ramen dish of all time.
5th BUTAO RAMEN
Ramen Nagi - ATC, Muntinlupa
Good but sometimes inconsistent. The last time I ate here (same dish) tasted heavenly amazing. This time it was lacking somewhat in flavor but still pretty good nonetheless.
6th SPICY GYOKAI
Tsuke-Men, Quezon City
It was good - finished it clean. However, I don't think I'll be craving for it.
NOT FOR ME
7th AJITAMA TSUKEMEN
Mitsuyado Sei-Men -Bluebay, Pasay City
Too salty for my taste even if I'm fond of salty food. The pork that came with it had an old/frozen aftertaste. Quite a disappointment. This restaurant's food quality (for my particular dish) has degraded. .
