Melted cotija, parmesan, oaxaca cheese, white wine, chorizo, poblanos and mushrooms. I cannot say enough about this dish. I couldn't get a shot of it without someone's hand in the picture because no one could control themselves! I'm pretty sure there is crack in that cheese. Sooo creamy and delicious. One of the best things we've had to eat all week!

Queso chihuahua, chile poblano, salsa Macha, tortilla chips. The crispy browned top is everything!

Melted jack and oaxaca cheese, sauteed mixed mushrooms, roasted poblanos, and caramelized onions. Served with three tortillas. Really good flavor but not melty enough

With ground beef. tasted ok, but the meat was floating in grease on top of the queso...

It was good...no kick though. I would rather stick with the chips and salsa.

Melted Manchego cheese. This was a disappointment because the cheese was like rubber. You couldn't dip in it...you had to cut it. It came with tortillas so we just placed it on them, but we couldn't use chips in it. Also, the chorizo was overcooked. This must have been sitting around too long.

comes with flour tortillas and tortilla chips. It is okay. Just a lot of cheese... not spicy.

Tastes more like a jalapeño sauce...
