Lamb Garlic karahi. Sauce was full of flavour and great spices however the lamb was a little tough

Special lamb chop roshuni the meat so tender lots of garlic and a rich sauce full of flavour

Lamb on the bone cooked with spinach and potatoes in a tomato based medium to hot spiced sauce. It’s a shame there was hardly any meat at all but the sauce had a nice flavour #curry #lamb
