Chef’s special jjajangmyeon with fresh seafood. Deep, dark and delicious flavours in a bowl.

Handmade noodles topped with a thick sauce made from chunjang, diced pork and vegetables. If we had eaten this without trying the seafood version I would have given this a Really Good. The sauce was very flavourful and the noodles had a pleasant chew to them. Unfortunately we also ordered the Chef’s Special with seafood and this one had to take a back seat.
