REALLY GOOD
1st TOFU-RIFFIC
Bean Jr. 豆仃仔 Puchong, Puchong
Tofu pudding with 5 types of taro balls, peachgum and grass jelly. Tofu pudding was soft and smooth and the toppings were great. Each type of taro ball had their own distinctive flavour and were pleasantly chewy. So good. So, so good.

Douhua topped with shaved ice, chrysanthemum syrup and osmanthus jelly. This was really good, especially on a hot day. But do share if you are a small eater, as I felt this was rather filling for one person.
3rd CARAMEL PUDDING SOY BEANCURD
Four Beans Soy Desserts USJ Taipan, Subang Jaya
Caramel pudding, peach gum, mini taro balls and tofu pudding. A “light” dessert after our heavy crab dinner 😜. For fans of chewy balls like me. Me as in a fan of chewy balls, not me as the chewy ball.

Douhua with black sesame seed paste. The douhua here is uber smooth and just slides down your throat effortlessly. The black sesame seed pastes give it an extra toasty note, very nice combo. Warm and comforting.
PRETTY GOOD
5th MANGO SOY BEANCURD
Four Beans Soy Desserts USJ Taipan, Subang Jaya
Water chestnut balls, fresh mango, longan on a bed of tofu pudding. We picked the pandan tofu pudding which was quite nice. This got a lower rating because some of the mango pieces weren’t as sweet as we would have liked and it was slightly jarring against the sweet pudding. A bit of a taste preference here, and not because the dish is bad.

Vietnamese taufu fah. With coffee instead of sugar syrup.
