Well cooked and with of nuttiness. Stands well on its own without sauce.

Full title of the dish: 10OZ Picanha Rump steak, crispy fried shortrib, cafe de Paris butter, spinach, config shallot and beef fat chips. Those shortribs were just stunning. Meaty, hearty, hearby, crispy, soft - all the things you'd want from them. The steak was of good quality but the cut was just a bit tough. Chips a bit meh but the vegetables were stars of their own. Thoroughly recommend giving it a try!

Served with fries and chimichurri. It nestles nicely in between the "really good" and "amazing" brackets, a solid choice executed well where the dish on its whole is better than the components individually. Thoroughly enjoyable. #steak #chimichurri #slaw
