Overall an amazing dish, one of my favourite foods is Chicharron and this restaurant just does it right. The crispy, flavourful pork belly was accompanied by sweet potato fries which helped with the fatty, oily and crunchy pork. The garnish of onions and coriander paired really well and helped digest the whole dish. Simply put lots of delicious food in this bowl and a mixture of fatty parts and lean parts so you get the best of both worlds. In the end, each bite was enhanced with that salsa verde which had a bitter, spicy and sweet flavour to it. Great experience here and highly recommended. #Foodreview #Delicious #Peru

Fatty, juicy, crispy. Three things that really make pork belly bites amazing in my opinion. Although it looks a little burnt I can assure y I I that only added to the flavour. The outer part of the Pork was charred nicely which added that bitter, Smokey flavour to it. Overall, highly recommend if you like pork and a Smokey flavour. #Foodreview #SouthAfricanFood
