REALLY GOOD
1st FISH AMOK
The Sugar Palm, Krong Siem Reap
Cambodia's unique variation of curry. The amok at this resto is steamed and has a firm, moist, almost souffle-like texture. It really reminds me of otak-otak.
2nd AMOK TRADITIONNEL AU POULET

Chicken in Khmer sweet curry sauce. This was creamier than other versions I'd had so far.
