Best biryani I’ve ever tasted. Beats the Hyderabadi one I’ve had on previous occasions.

Jawi House biryani is light and flavourful cooked the same way as Chef Nuril's grandmother Bismillah Begum. Long grain basmati layered with masala, yoghurt, coriander, mint, saffron and ghee. Garnished with fried shallots, cashews and raisins and served with a side of dalca, cucumber and papadom. This variation is prepared with green jackfruit chunks braised in yoghurt, herbs and masala

This dish was infused with a heady mix of spices, most notably saffron. Also super spicy and flown directly from Hyderabad! 🥵
