Soots Cook Nook, PrivateA belated Father’s Day special for the roast pork lovers which included everyone but me. While I did not taste this, I am told the high point of the dish was the crispy crown of skin. I was roundly impressed with the way the skin chicharrón-ized itself so dramatically after a 6 minute cold-fry.
