Aromatic, comforting broth but I forgot to request leaving out the mung bean sprouts 😖

Light yet flavorful broth and the green produce was fresh. Love, love, LOVE 💗 that you have the option on their online menu to exclude the bean sprouts! Great first meal to begin the rest of the day.

Rice noodles, ground lemongrass chicken, bean sprouts & young coconut broth. Light yet flavorful broth. Great balance.

Beef broth with rice noodles, beef slices & beef meatballs. The broth was light (because of my cold?) yet somehow flavorful enough to be heartily consumed in 1 sitting. Would do it again to reassess when I’ve fully recovered my smell and taste senses.

16 hours of simmering beef bones and I forgot to request excluding the bean sprouts 😖

Decent but by no means the best version of this noodle soup.

Appreciated the resto’s flexibility in accommodating my dietary wants.


BRIEF: “Sliced beef, brisket and meatballs with rice noodles in a beef broth. Topped with thin sliced onions, mint, basil, cilantro, chopped green onions and a sliced jalapeño.” SOOT’S TAKE: Broth was fuller-bodied than what I had in Seattle.

BRIEF: “Pho noodle soup with beef meatballs.” SOOT’S TAKE: Clean-tasting broth steaming up your face on a miserably cold, wet day is definitely the way to go.

BRIEF: “Beef Noodle Soup With Beef Ball.” SOOT’S TAKE: Appropriate if you’re looking for a light yet flavorful broth.

Decent if you’re looking for a light broth. Personally, I would’ve preferred greater depth of flavor.

Rice noodles in a beef broth with beef in various incarnations: beef balls, brisket and I think, tendon? It’s half the price what Fat Saigon Boy charges and you get 2-3 times as much of the meat, but I think I prefer the latter’s broth.

Broth was as aromatic as before but for the price and for the lack of anything much else, I wouldn’t get it again.

Special beef combo of beef broth, sliced beef, brisket beef, beef balls

"A mixture of sliced beef, brisket and beef balls with Vietnamese flat noodles in fragrant beef broth." In truth, the broth wasn't very flavorful and there was no basil to go with. When we asked for basil, the staff had no idea what we were talking about. :(
