7th COOK’S COUNTRY’S BALLPARK PRETZELS
Soots Cook Nook, PrivateMy second attempt at pretzels — this time for October’s @bucketlistbakeclub challenge. I’ll admit, my last batch (five years ago, using a different recipe) turned out puffier and less wrinkled. What happened this time? Over-proofed? Rolling technique off? 🤔 Am I just twisting myself into a pretzel trying to figure it out? Then again, I don’t eat pretzels often enough to call myself a credible arbiter. They were chewy and unmistakably pretzel-tasting though, so I’ll take the win.
