Haven’t had a pizza crepe like this in over a decade. The last time I had one similar to this was in Waikiki, quite possibly after a rough surf sesh. The crepe in this one is incredibly fragrant but I think I prefer the filling in what I had then, although the packaging at the time wasn’t as impressive as that of today’s crepe: there are perforated lines along which to tear the packaging as you work your way through the crepe. This was a special collab pop-up event between Osaka-based Crepe Endo (クレープえんどう) and LA-based ÜMACHA.
