Generous portion of "red rubies" enhanced by the addition of Thai mango and Thai coconut. This is a huge bonus considering that one usually gets around half this portion without mango or coconut (dream on!) for the price of this bowl. Kòrp koon ka!
Partially worried about being served durian essence-based fare or artificial durian, we were pleased that Hanbing delivered with the legit stuff. The ice cream tasted like it was made with actual durian but the highlight was the Musang King semmifreddo that was also doled out in generous portions. What the Fox?!
Third time trying bingsu, and first time trying injeolmi anything. Injeolmi is a Korean rice cake which is also used in frosty desserts like bingsu. This one was dusted with roasted soybean powder and topped with azuki bean paste and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

SOOT’S TAKE: “Refreshing, but the Ai Yu jelly had an unexpected citron taste which I could’ve done without.”
