I hadn’t had fried calamari in ages and this was sooo good! The batter was perfectly fried and it was great (albeit painful) with the resto’s tear-inducing sambal.

Loved the sauce! Would've been better without the sotong but I'm strange like that.

This was surprisingly and pleasantly crunchy and made for a tasty snack-like experience. Would’ve gone very well with a cold beer.
