Surprisingly creamy & flavorful tomato soup😋

Unusual seeing miso soup served with FU(dried wheat gluten) and without any piece of tofu in it(as you see). Tofu or wakame mellows down miso saltiness but FU is not quite working for the purpose....so I tasted it bit saltier...otherwise, nicely flavored✌🏽

No, this is not a halfway-munching photo, rather, it is "the first shot" as I got home & openend the lid...oh yes... While the flavor wasn't bad at all, this measly serving: approx one inch(prob less...) in this bottom of this tiny cup, of the soup definitely questioned my future ordering or even patronizing this eatery... Glad I did not order the individual soup tho...
