Hot plate Wagyu beef cubes. This was very good. It reminded me of teppanyaki my mother would take us to at a restaurant that no longer exists beyond my childhood. 😔 It just didn’t come with rice, which I thought it would (considering the price) and which I had to order separately to accompany the dish.

They made it a point to let you know on their menu that it’s a famous kind of Kyoto beef and that its grade is “Premium A5.” Regardless, this was DELICIOUS. It was really rich in flavor, and oh, that melt-in-your-mouth, sweet, fine fat! 😋

Bacon wrapped Fillet Mignon with Truffle Butter “Tenderloin bounded with turkey bacon & topped with a dollop of butter infused with truffle oil & herbs.” Had mine done medium and there were some tough parts. 🥩👎 Also, I think that was garlic butter (not that it wasn’t tasty). Baked potato was phenomenal though. 🥔👍
