It took this month’s bucket list bake challenge for me to finally attempt my first ever pavlova, and I relied on ATK’s foolproof Swiss Meringue version to ensure success. True to its description, the recipe produced meringues with crisp exteriors and marshmallowy insides, allowing them to serve as a texturally appealing base for lightly sweetened whipped cream and fresh fruit. Definitely on the repeat list.
