Normally, I’m all for boozy ice cream. Normally I’m all for chocolate and bourbon. Unfortunately, these combined to be an overly rich ice cream where the bourbon dominated the flavor profile of the ice cream. Ultimately a miss that just tasted like frozen bourbon with a hint of chocolate and a ton of richness.
