BRIEF: “3 types mushrooms, truffles oil & crushes black peppers.” SOOT’S TAKE: I doubt they were wild and I doubt there wasn’t grana padano which reminds me of smelly, wet socks but that’s just me. If you love grana padano, you would surely love this pizza!
