Cool to find a musubi bento at non-okazuya food store but unfortunately the flavor is a little "off", something is definitely missing to call this 🍙. While the appearance was very appetising, the flavor/seasoning was almost non-existed. Good chunks of mushrooms in it but no mushroom flavor at all...funny thing is, mushroom is an alternative flavoring for plantbased broth if not kelp...don't know why this musubi is non-flavored...and no sodium either...all I tasted was noti & 🍚...
