Super generous serving for 14.80 SGD (before tax + service). Their proprietary red vinegar (actually it’s a blend of Japanese Rishiri kelp soup stock, 2 kinds of red vinegar, and rice vinegar) didn’t taste awful like it did in the salmon nigiri at Don Don Donki either. Glad I took the plunge this evening.
