Da original vegan musubi with seasoned tempei on top. From my understanding, this one has been around since they opened the cafe, way before all the other vegan musubis. Tempei is a bit crumbly when eating but well-seasoned & goes so well with musubi rice. And yes, been my fave after all these years, and still is, along with others.
