While the cheese sauce is not creamy or saucy, it is absolutely gooey and rubbery and packed with flavor!! The flavors from multiple cheeses combine to make a cheesy coating for the rotini noodles that is a lovely taste. Adding fried chicken is optional, but offers a nice crunch and is nicely seasoned to boot. This is a great bowl of mac!
