Not sure why this is called "yudofu" it's a fresh-made scooped soft tofu that's only sold & availablle at this factory location. It's almost always sold out but once you tried, you'd know why. It's silky smooth, a lil sweet, lighter & creamier than soft tofu, melt in your mouth. Just try, that's all I can say😋
