At Moiliili Bondance. FINALLY got to try this, and it is an absolute savior during a humid bondancing evening where not much choice on cold desserts other than 🍧🍨🍦. This came right out steaming hot with vanilla🍦sandwiched between 2 cinnamon-sugar dusted deep fried buns. Bite into it before the 🍦completely melts while munching into the buns did require some technics with speed but I made it✌🏽
