“SUPERCRUNCHY” BUTTERMILK FRIED CHICKEN & “FLUFFY” CHEDDAR BISCUIT

Pairing this month’s bucket list bake with a hankering for fried chicken. The chicken fried up crispy enough but I wouldn’t have gone so far as to consider them the crispiest, crunchiest fried chicken ever (Korean fried chicken currently holds that distinction). The biscuits baked up golden and crisp outside, somewhat fluffy inside (I guess I was incapable of handling them gently enough in the rush to get them done in time for lunch), nicely cheesy throughout and they paired well with leftover honey butter.
