Happy Corn Fritters Day. Tried my hand at corn fritters and it was definitely a learning experience. My main mistake was probably not draining the kimchi well enough as doubling the amount of flour barely prevented the fritters from falling apart. I would also have halved the amount of salt going into the mayo.😳
