Heck yes! These birria tacos were phenomenal!!! The beef was incredibly rich in flavor and super tender! The consomé was just as flavorful, and the cheese offered an extra element of flavor, equally in its melty and browned bits! The shells were not crisped to my liking and did fall apart a bit trying to eat and dip these... But they were so good I didn't really let that stop me!
