An overall solid chicken enchilada, mostly confounded by it being one long enchilada instead of several smaller ones as served. The chicken was juicy and tender, but lacked a bit in seasoning. The enchilada sauce was very rich and tasty, and aided in a bland and slightly off-tasting tortilla. Melted with cheese on top, this was a fairly basic but good enchilada.
